Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Solutions Architect I to join the ShipBob Team and support go-to-market initiatives for an ecommerce-focused app and integration. The role involves customer interaction, technical advisor support, project management, and collaboration with sales and partnerships teams. This is a project-based role focusing on helping clients move to 60 mph with integrations, not a full technical support position.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in roles that demand both customer interaction and technical prowess
- 3+ years' experience with integration development, APIs, or IPaaS systems
- Experience building out complex code (ideally, using JavaScript)
- Established track record of driving cross-functional organizational alignment
- Outstanding analytical and decision-making skills
