CMM Operator

The CMM Loader / Operator role involves preparing and running CMMs using pre-established programs. It's a hands-on position suitable for detail-oriented individuals eager to learn precision inspection techniques. No programming is required, but adherence to standards and reporting issues are essential.

Requirements

• Load probes, fixtures, and parts into the CMM.
• Run pre-written CMM programs and exchange parts.
• Follow standard work instructions.
• Interpret CMM output data.
• Escalate quality issues.
• Basic equipment handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Use of hand tools for fixture setup
• Familiarity with CMM software interface (e.g., PC-DMIS).
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 10360, and GD&T is preferred.
