CMM Operator

The CMM Loader/Operator is responsible for preparing and running Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform automated inspection routines in aerospace machining. This role emphasizes hands-on work, detail orientation, and a commitment to following standard procedures. No programming skills are required.

Requirements

• Load probes, fixtures, and parts into the CMM.
• Run pre-written CMM programs and exchange parts.
• Follow standard work instructions and report anomalies.
• Identify and correct simple setup errors.
• Interpret CMM output data and escalate quality issues.
