Customer Service Representative - Temporary Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary role. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating and tracking sales orders, maintaining customer information, and responding to inquiries. Experience with Microsoft Office and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of purchasing or inventory management (desirable)
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to sit/walk long periods and lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly
• Adherence to all safety guidelines
