Smoke Shift Supervisor

The Smoke Shift Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, scheduling team members, supervising food quality and presentation, and controlling restaurant costs. They also listen and respond to guest concerns, resolve grievances, and assist with maintaining inventory levels and staff staffing levels.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year related experience and/or training
• Meet licensing requirements as prescribed by the Tribal State Compact for Gaming
• Knowledge of food safety code
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (P.O.S) system
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Knowledge of promotions within department and casino wide
• Knowledge of wine service in restaurant
• Skill in money handling
• Ability to add, subtract, percentages, ratios, division, multiplication, fractions etc.
