Chef de Cuisine - Pastry

The Pastry Chef de Cuisine will manage all pastry production and presentation, ensuring quality and consistent pastry preparation for The Narrows Steakhouse, The Bar, Cutwater, Banquets, and other areas of the resort. This role requires team leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience in pastry production, menu planning, cost control, and communication with guests. The position also ensures a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Formal, pastry culinary arts training
• A thorough knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• At least three years of experience in a similar pastry role
• Experience with purchasing and maintaining inventory levels
• Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft applications and general computer literacy
• Ability to functionally multi-task with speed and grace
