Job Description
Shore Lodge is seeking a passionate and outgoing Guest Services Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and excursions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting all resort team members. The position is a core part of the overall resort experience and requires a dedicated attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Serve as a Shore Lodge / Whitetail ambassador
- Ensure guest’s arrival, stay and departure service is fulfilled
- Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage, escorting to room
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the Shore Lodge exterior entry, Lobby, and Bell staff area
- Coordinate and maintain Transportation Vehicles
- Perform valet parking
- Assist the Front Office and resort staff
- Monitor Resort Amenities
- Maintain high standards of communication and service
