Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon - UE or Sports

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Orthopedics
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• DEA license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (BLS for HCP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Credentialing and privileging by medical staff
