Job Description
Shure is seeking a Senior Automated Test Engineer to join their team and contribute to the design, building, and testing of acoustic and electronic production test fixtures. The role involves mentoring junior engineers, leading test development activities, and ensuring the functionality of their products. This is a full-time, on-site position within the MX-CHH-Ciudad Juarez location.
Requirements
- Creates manufacturing test strategies.
- Mentors and guides less experienced Automated Test engineers.
- Leads and manages test development activities.
- Develops written test plans.
- Designs signal paths and switching circuits.
- Creates schematics and test documentation.
- Provides basic electrical verification and troubleshooting.
