In this essential role, you'll operate and control furnaces to melt non-ferrous metals in preparation for processing — ensuring every melt meets exacting quality and production standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in furnace or foundry operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Proven commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
