3D Environment Artist - Talent Pool (LATAM)

Side is a global video game development company seeking a talented 3D Environment Artist. They are looking for someone passionate about creating immersive game worlds and collaborate with a team of artists. This is a short-term, in-principle position for co-development opportunities, not a permanent contract.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Environment Artist in the video game industry.
• Demonstrated contribution to at least one shipped title on PC, console, mobile, or VR/AR.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer, and either Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and material creation.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, color theory, and detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for Gaming.
• Solid understanding of optimization techniques for real-time environments.
