Side is seeking a talented engineering candidate (ideally related to AI, Gameplay, Systems, or related disciplines) to contribute to current and future development projects. They offer technical and creative solutions to large game development companies worldwide. This role is for a temporary 'talent pool' and is subject to project availability. Opportunities may arise in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and beyond.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering roles in games or related tech fields
• Shipped at least one title on PC, console, mobile, or VR/AR
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or equivalent languages
• Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or proprietary engines
• Familiarity with source control, debugging tools, performance profiling, and agile workflows
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
