Side is a global video game development and services provider offering codev, art production, localization, and more. They are seeking talented design professionals in APAC with experience in various disciplines, including mechanics, systems, and narrative design. This is an internal process for identifying candidates for co-development projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in game design
• Demonstrated contribution to at least one shipped title (PC, console, mobile, or VR/AR)
• Proficiency with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity
• Strong understanding of player psychology and game mechanics
