Senior Manual Test Engineer (Remote)

Side is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world. We are looking for a Senior Manual Test Engineer to join a highly skilled QA team working on complex, modern software products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in manual software testing with a strong focus on quality assurance best practices
• Proven experience working as a QA professional on production software
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Solid technical knowledge, including a theoretical understanding of at least one programming language
• Experience testing APIs, understanding API keys, authentication methods, and common development tools
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven systems
• Experience writing clear, detailed, and maintainable test cases
• Strong defect management skills, including writing high-quality bug reports and tracking issues to resolution
• Experience collaborating with offshore QA teams
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
