Requirements

• College graduate, preferably holding a degree in Psychology or Communications
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not obligatory
• Proficiency in utilizing a personal laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile phone
• Establishment of a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace at home conducive for phone interviews
• Reliable access to a clear Smart Telecom mobile connection
• Ability to strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possession of a results-oriented mindset with the capability to meet or exceed defined recruitment metrics
• Availability to commit 4-6 hours per day at least 3 days a week during Philippine daytime
