Job Description
Sierra Lobo is seeking a motivated Senior Mechanical Technician to join their team in Milan, Ohio. This full-time position involves supporting the reactivation and ongoing operation of a government-owned aerospace research and test facility. The role involves operating and maintaining mechanical tools, supervising technicians, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Determine and implement approaches to solving unique problems
- Create work plans to complete tasks as specified by an Integrated Product Team lead
- Supervise/assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
- Supervise/participate in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical components
- Identify and report mechanical issues, supervise/assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
