Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Technician IV to perform maintenance and technical support on our products, build relationships with customers, and provide onsite training. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, a background in the US Department of Defense, US Military or Aerospace & Defense industry, and experience with Linux and Java.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Advanced understanding of troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced electrical wiring skills
- Prior experience with Linux and Java
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance
- Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US
