Military Fellowship Program: Engineering Manager (Systems Engineering)

SNC is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Military Fellowship Program, leading teams through program execution for products and services including advanced mission payloads, electronic systems, and orbital and space exploration systems.

Requirements

• Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
• Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline
• Typically, 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience
• Thorough understanding of requirements management, requirements derivation, and requirements allocation
• Experience working in and leading large systems design and development teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
