We're looking for a seasoned administrative professional to support our Vice President of Communications and work closely with our award-winning Communications team. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as the organizational backbone and strategic connector for all things comms, helping our team operate at peak efficiency and ensuring cross-team and cross-departmental collaborations run seamlessly.
Requirements
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee logistics for the VP and the broader Communications team.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations from scheduling and meeting logistics to travel, expense reports, and purchase requisitions.
- Facilitate project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration, helping the communications department serve as a central hub for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Support a variety of general communications needs, including writing content for internal newsletters, managing digital signage monitors across the Enterprise and support ongoing maintenance of the employee intranet.
- Handle inbound inquiries, often acting as the first point of contact and directing requests and messages to accordingly.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring easy access to critical information and smooth administrative operations.
