Business Analyst/Tester

We are seeking an experienced QA/BA specialist to lead and execute all business analysis and testing activities for a project integrating the Broadridge sell-side application suite with Susquehanna systems. Based in Hong Kong, this role works closely with Sales desk, technologists, PM and vendor teams, validating end-to-end workflows in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment.

Requirements

• Execute end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing across OMS, EMS, and post-trade systems
• Validate full order lifecycle workflows from execution through clearing and settlement
• Perform integration testing of third-party vendor platforms with in-house trading systems
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans
• Contribute to and execute automated test scripts
• Partner with user/business and developers to validate trading logic and edge cases
• Investigate and document defects, and data inconsistencies
• Maintain QA documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Train and accompany Susquehanna sales, trading and Operations on using Broadridge system for their different functions and use cases
