We're looking for a C++ Strategy Developer to join our Trading Technology team, designing, building, and optimizing high-frequency trading strategies and systems.

Requirements

• Design and develop low-latency, high-throughput trading applications using modern C++ in a real-time environment.
• Collaborate with traders and quants to implement and refine trading strategies.
• Build and tune systems to achieve extreme performance, reliability, and scalability in a competitive trading landscape.
• Optimize and troubleshoot infrastructure for latency, throughput, and system bottlenecks.
• Own the full software development lifecycle—from idea to production—while contributing to our long-term architecture and tooling.
