The Operations Analyst Program is a rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for a Tax Analyst position that immediately impacts our business.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or a related major
• Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL
• Prior co-op/internship/work experience in a tax paraprofessional or related role
