Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support the companys growth initiatives by promoting products and services, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales performance within the construction and real estate sector.
Requirements
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build brand awareness through effective communication, storytelling, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support sales conversion efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign and sales performance, recommending areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and promotional activities.
