Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (Sales Expert) to join our dynamic real estate and construction organization.
Requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and lucrative business opportunities.
- Initiate and manage sales calls, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients, investors, and partners.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent deal flow.
