Job Description
The Hospital Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and sustainability of the hospital's physical infrastructure. This role oversees all facility-related operations to support uninterrupted clinical services, patient safety, regulatory adherence, and a high-quality healing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as IFMA, NEBOSH, COREN, or PMP are an advantage.
- 7–10 years progressive facilities management experience, preferably within a tertiary hospital or large healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian healthcare infrastructure standards and safety regulations.
- Experience managing hospital MEP systems, generators, HVAC, and compliance audits.
- Proven leadership and project management capability.
