Job Description
Our client, a reputable real estate and facilities management company in Ikoyi, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; experience in real estate or facilities management is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications (ICAN/ACCA) are required or in final stages.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
