We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Generalist to join our HR Team. This role requires a strong generalist background and the ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in written English.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organisational skills and good sense of ownership
- Knowledge of UK employment-related laws and regulations
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, delegate them when appropriate to HR Administrator
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience within payroll is an advantage.
