Job Description
Significance, a woman-owned consulting firm serving the federal government, is seeking a Secret-cleared Data Engineer to support the US Army program. This role involves data analysis, campaign analysis, data wrangling, and building data-driven tools and dashboards. The position requires an active Secret security clearance and necessitates onsite support in the Pentagon/Arlington VA area.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Programming experience in R or Python with data analysis frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Tidyverse)
- Programming experience in data visualization frameworks (Shiny, Streamlit, Dash, Plotly, ggplot2)
- SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle)
- Familiarity with coding in Python, R, VS Code, Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, VBA)
- Basic statistical knowledge
- Ability to brief senior leaders and learn on the job
- Ability to understand software and AI/ML capabilities and limitations
- Ability to convert data/information to knowledge
