Job Description
Significance, a woman-owned consulting firm, is seeking an Operational Planner (Senior) to provide strategic and operational planning support to MCICOM’s Deliberate Plans Section. The role involves developing and implementing organizational strategies for Marine Corps installations, optimizing infrastructure, and supporting FMF readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, community planning, facility management, or a related field.
- Over ten years of experience as an analyst or program manager at the Service Component Headquarters or DoD level.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Prior experience working with military-based programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior military experience.
- Secret Clearance
