Join Signify as a Legal Counsel in China and shape the future of the lighting industry. Provide legal support to business operations, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Chinese legal qualification certificate
- Bachelor of Law and/or Master of Law from a reputable Chinese university
- At least 5–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in reputable law firms and/or multinational corporations
- Experience in working in an international business environment
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong legal foundation across comprehensive legal topics; experience in data-related matters is a plus
