SIHAMCO offers a growing portfolio of innovative brands and is looking for an experienced F&B Manager to lead their restaurants and oversee food & beverage services.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the F&B department.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets and event-related F&B services.
• Ensure coordination between FOH and BOH teams, maintain service, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage reservations, vendor coordination, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Lead team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
