Sikich is seeking an Audit Manager (Title IV) to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee client engagements, manage team members, and provide thought leadership on complex business issues. They will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing staff, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting background with management experience
- 3+ years leading teams and audit engagements
- Ability to manage multiple engagement and competing priorities
- Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit preparation software
- Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS
- CPA certification or eligibility to sit is highly desirable
