Job Description
Silae, a growing HR and software company, is seeking a passionate .NET Developer to contribute to the evolution of its products and the execution of technical rework. The role involves collaboration with the product and development teams, working on functional improvements and participating in refactoring. The team is composed of around 5 developers and 5 PM profiles.
Requirements
- Validated architecture in .NET
- Minimum 3 years of experience on significant projects (high availability, high level of competitive access)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Continuous monitoring of new tools and technologies
