Silae is seeking a Project Management and Training Manager to help improve and enhance their HR management software, My Silae and RHsuite. The role involves gathering training needs from partners, designing training modules, evaluating participant satisfaction, and conducting research on internal and external skill development. Silae has grown significantly and operates in several French cities, with plans for further expansion in Spain and Europe.
