We are looking for a high-stakes Enterprise Sales Director to scale our US footprint, with a deep pedigree in complex software sales and a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on complex software or business solutions, and deep fluency in the FinCrime, AML, or RegTech ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional sales experience
• 3+ years of experience closing complex software or business solutions
• Proven track record of success in selling Enterprise-grade SaaS or high-stakes business software
• Deep fluency in the FinCrime, AML, or RegTech ecosystems
• Expert technical literacy and ability to translate sophisticated AI capabilities into tangible ROI and risk mitigation for non-technical stakeholders
• Global agility and ability to operate across global time zones and comfortable with domestic/international travel
