Join Silent Eight, a leading RegTech firm, and help combat financial crimes with our AI-based products. We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to deploy, integrate, and support our solutions in customer environments.
Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)
- Basic Kubernetes operations
- Proficiency in Linux environments
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
- Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash/PowerShell) for task automation
- Capability to diagnose issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers
- Experience managing tasks, reporting progress/risks, and following priorities in systems like Jira
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English
- Confident use of AI to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and problem analysis
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and explore new technologies
