We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and scalable to support business growth.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field experience
- 10–15 years of relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of direct experience in networking, systems, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing technical teams and building collaborative environments
- Proficiency in network security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and SIEM solutions
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and TCP/IP fundamentals
- Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and deliver effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
