Requirements
- Strong mechanical abilities and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Experience in manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
- Experience with injection/compression molding (plus)
- Ability to work independently and recognize, react to, and adjust machinery
