Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in an engineering or manufacturing field.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing operations, including working with a variety of machinery and tools.
• One or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think critically, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
