Job Description
SAL MicroFab is seeking a motivated Plasma R&D Process Engineer with expertise in Dry Etch and PECVD. The role involves developing, optimizing, and sustaining plasma processes, maintaining equipment, defining process parameters, and collaborating with the process engineering team. This position contributes to the team's success and provides opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Develop, optimize, and sustain plasma etch processes.
- Establish stable, repeatable process baselines and maintain tight control through SPC.
- Own and maintain plasma tools and ensure high uptime.
- Define and document process parameters and best practices.
- Collaborate with process engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and improve process quality.
- Support tool upgrades and new equipment.
