We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead and develop our Process Engineering team in a highly innovative R&D environment. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership potential, strategic thinking, and effective communication to create sustainable value for Silicon Austria Labs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in relevant engineering or scientific discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in a research environment is an advantage
• Background in process integration and cross-functional technical coordination
• Leadership potential with the motivation to grow into broader people management responsibilities
• Experience leading projects and driving structured execution in complex technical environments
• Demonstrated ability to introduce structure, improve ways of working, and guide teams through change
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders
