Litigation Attorney to join a boutique civil litigation firm handling general liability cases, including premises liability, product liability, medical negligence, wrongful death, and personal injury matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission and good standing in Florida
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Insurance defense and trial experience preferred
