Silver Bay YMCA is a mission-driven Conference and Family Retreat Center that serves 800 people per week during the summer season. We are looking for seasonal employees to fill a wide range of fields from kitchen to administration to maintenance to program staff.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Actively enrolled in a college or university
- Working with a Visa sponsor that Silver Bay has a relationship with
- Must be able to communicate with guests and other employees in English
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people representing all social and economic segments of the community
