Job Description
Silvus Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. This onsite position reports to the Senior IT Support Lead and focuses on Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints. Requirements
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding functions.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.
- System configuration and deployment for all Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints and peripherals.
