Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a builders’ merchant, plumbers’ merchant, or similar trade environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and stock control.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and developing a team to deliver sales and operational targets.
- A track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction within a wholesale or trade setting.
- Good IT and systems literacy, with the ability to use internal systems and reporting tools effectively.
- Desirable: Knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
