Job Description
The Representative, Guest Services role is a temporary position for 90 days, but has the possibility to become permanent, responsible for providing customer service, information, and sales to guests and retailers at The Mall of New Hampshire.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales background
- Articulate, outgoing, and present a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance
- Ability to spend 100% of time on feet when providing services
- Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks for up to 5 hours at a time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
