Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, People Ops, Executive Assistant, or similar high-responsibility roles in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, handle confidential information, and exercise sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
