Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role demands flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Requirements

• Manage complex and dynamic calendars across time zones
• Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, events, and logistics—often with little notice
• Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking to help keep projects on schedule
• Provide support outside of traditional work hours as needed (evenings/weekends availability required)
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline executive workflows
• Support personal tasks and errands as needed to optimize time management
