Job Description
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable Business Operations Lead to help drive the core operational functions that keep SimpleClosure running smoothly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, People Ops, or a related role at a fast-paced company
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally across teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR and office management experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing IT systems, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations a plus
- EA experience is a plus but not required
