Job Description
SimpleClosure is seeking an experienced Staff Engineering Manager to join our growing engineering team. The role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of complex features, mentoring other engineers, and defining the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity
- Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js and Python on the backend
- Experience working with modern cloud environments
- Ability to design and implement scalable systems and APIs
- Proven ability to mentor and coach engineering teams
- Strong focus on testing, maintainability, performance optimization, and security
